I don't have enough words to describe this Master retreat. A steam shower with custom seating and a glass ceiling with metal "bubbles" is only the beginning of this magnificent space. One can enter into each space separately or cross between the steam shower and shower. Custom vanities and integrated sinks will surely cause one to have an ahaaaa moment. Enter into the space through a custom piece of art made into a rolling barn style door. Flip out plugs and trash pullouts along with a complete coffee bar are just a few of the amenities. The toilet room is equipped with a digital toilet and urinal. The custom light feature in the cove ceiling dances light on the floor. A custom matching closet adds to the ease of living. A quaint powder bath is tucked away behind the family room. The rounded walls are covered with Kasmir Airslate. Custom vanity and stone sink are accented with a mirror suspended by cables and Lily lights that hang gracefully above.

I designed this stainless steel custom bed and box for the mattress. The mattress box is totally lined with microfiber, warm gray fabric and the head board is upholstered in a faux metallic leather.

WOW, WOW, WOW!! A magnificent space for entertaining. Lights, action...bring the fun. This space houses a 13' cobolt blue resin counter top with custom art and bar stools that are both LED lit. The floor is a rubberized plank from Porcelanosa-Dallas. The bar area has a martini shaped sink equipped with an olive stick as the faucet handle. The lighted shelves are a specialty star fire glass that will transmit light. This converted closet space is the now the life of the party equipped with a beverage fridge and ice machine. Party on!

Minimal negative space

The existing outdoor furniture was re-upholstered with Perennials fabric in bold colors of cobalt blue and grayish-white. Landscape glass, in colors complementing the pool and the newly selected upholstery, was placed around the flowerbeds and pool. the jacuzzi was clad, piece by piece, with glass of the same colors.

This dreamy kitchen is surely a mix of modern meets traditional. A very high end kitchen with specialized quartzite counter tops of almost water color images translate to an afternoon tea party. This new build is a traditional home furnished with very modern elements. The pendants above the bar area are tear drops filled with crystals. More photos of this home will be posted soon. The cabinets are painted in SW Fawn Brindle to pull out the accent color in the counter top. The walls are SW Zurich white.
